IONA Day Health Center Program

A Medicaid-certified day treatment program that restores and rehabilitates the frail or mentally/physically impaired older person to his/her maximum level of independence, prevents premature institutionalization, promotes socialization/recreation, and enhances the older citizen's quality of life.
