Welcome to the DC Aging & Disability Resource Center for the District's long-term care, discharge planning, and caregiver support options partnership. This is designed to assist older adults and persons with disabilities in locating supportive services and eldercare resources in order to continue living as they choose in their community. Using this web site, you can easily obtain information about the District's in-home and community-based services. If you need additional assistance in locating and accessing appropriate services in your area, please contact the ADRC directly at (202) 724-5626. On-site are a number of resources and staff members to assist clients including: social workers; an options counselor, income maintenance liaison, housing coordinator, and public health advisors.
